  1. Yes!!! Could not agree more with this article. I just returned from an exhausting business trip, where I averaged about 5 hours of sleep a night. I came home wiped out and feeling powerless to tackle the load ahead of me catching up at home and caring for my daughter.

    For the last 2 nights I’ve logged at least 8 hours of sleep each night. I feel so much better already! I tackled my to do list this morning and am now at the gym. Lots of energy and efficiency results from adequate rest.

    As a Director at my company, I’ve seen Leadership congratulate working both late nights and early mornings with little time for sleep. It’s not a badge of honor. It’s a recipe for disaster.

    Here’s to setting a different example!
